What is the GFHM Wellness Course?
Welcome to our Team site! We are happy you found us. A little bit about us. GFHM is short for Goodbye Fat Hello Muscle. We were founded in March 2012 when Kenna Shell posted her 92lb weight loss transformation pictures that went viral. Since then, GFHM has been helping women lose weight, gain energy, feel confident in their own skin and create more self-love to have a sustainable lifestyle they've always dreamt of.
The GFHM Wellness Course is taught by Kenna Shell. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Kenna has a passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals through great tasting recipes that don't make you think you're on a "diet".
We also use the tools Team Beachbody Provides to get the very best at home workouts. We switch these up all the time so it keeps your body guessing and so you don't get bored. How many workout programs have you purchased and then never finished? If you're like any of us... we each have at least 1 or 2 still sitting a closet collecting dust. With this Wellness Course you won't have to worry about being perfect or completing a whole program non-stop to be perfect. Unless if that's what your goal is then we will push you to do that for yourself.
