COACH INTRO POST (announcing that you’re a new coach!)

AFTER you (or your new coach) set your websites up you will want to have them create a FB intro post, to post on THEIR personal FB Page. It makes people aware of what you are doing and lets them know they can do it with you!

Create your intro post… It lets people know you are a coach and you can help THEM TOO! Ok, so you Should DEFINITELY speak from your heart. Something like…

 

OMG I’m so excited! I’ve been wanting to make steps towards a healthier lifestyle for a long time, to be around longer and have more energy for my kids, and feel good about myself, too! So I made a decision to become a Beachbody Coach! I can achieve MY health and fitness goals AND help my friends and family achieve theirs, too! I am starting my journey with 21 Day Fix! The portion control meal plan is perfect for getting me back on track with my nutrition and the 30 minute workouts are perfect for my busy schedule! I can’t wait to start, and I want YOU to join me! You may or may not know that I’ve been doing a new workout program. I’ve lost 30 pounds from 30 minute workouts, clean whole foods, a nutritional shake, and being part of an online accountability group. And if it wasn’t for my coach and my online accountability group I would have given up on day 5 because it is hard! But thanks to their support I was able to push through and stick to this plan, this is the first time I’ve ever started something and finished it! Because of this, I want to pay it forward! I’ve decided to become a Beachbody coach and help others the same way that my coach has helped me! If you’ve ever thought about or are currently doing a Beachbody program like P90X3, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, T25, MESSAGE ME! Today I am going to take a chance. Since having kids, I have been on a roller coaster of weight gain/loss. Today I made the decision to try something new. I’m done with the gimmicks. As a mom, so many times we put our families first and our needs seem to get pushed to the back burner. I’m sure many can relate. I am realizing that my desire to be healthy is vitally important to the overall well being of my family. I wonder…What kind of example have I been setting? What kind of example should I be setting? 

Over the past 2 years I have lost 30 pounds and have been able to maintain that loss with small fluctuations. I want to lose 35 more. 

 

Today I started 21 Day Fix and i am super stoked! Beachbody has been in and out of my life for many years. The workouts, people, coaches, everything about them is soooo inspirational! They believe in me when many times I doubt myself.  I know that if weight loss was easy then everyone would be thin. The truth is, is hard for many of us. Life in general makes it hard. My life is CRAZY busy, but I am making the choice to schedule in my 30 minute workout EVERY DAY! I deserve it! I am choosing to make healthy food choices. Will I have days that my will power is weak? Absolutely. Am I going to let that define me? Absolutely not. I’m not perfect and I won’t expect myself to be. 

 

As a Beachbody coach I long to help others who need motivation, inspiration, or just someone to vent to. I want to help others succeed in their weight loss journey. We all need a starting point. Here is mine. Who is with me?

As a mom of a 2 year old and a 9 month old I have been struggling with finding energy and eating healthy (does my toddler’s leftover ketchup count as veggies?) Every day was focused on my children and if I had time to down a couple cookies for lunch I called it a success. This was a constant drain on my energy and health. My husband and I decided to start making ourselves a priority and it’s already paying off! After only 5 days… we are working out daily, eating clean, and feeling AMAZING! I no longer NEED a nap because I am fueling my body with all the right stuff! Not to mention sneaking in a 30 minute workout EVERY day. 6-pack abs here I come!! On top of all of that… I am turning into a better mom, wife, and human being. I want to help everyone feel like this! Transformation Still in Progress (Joy's Post):

I’m really nervous to put so much of myself out here, but I want to share the journey that I’ve been on – and am still taking. 

I think it’s no secret that I’ve always struggled with my weight. I’d hide my insecurities behind smiles and self-deprecating jokes, but each year I watched the scales tip farther and couldn’t seem to stop it. No diet seemed to work. When the doctor clocked me at 226 pounds, I knew something had to change.

I’m on a weight loss journey. I’m more than 70 pounds down so far! And though I’m not at the finish line yet, I’ve discovered that I’m loving the adventure. I joined Beachbody this fall, and I learned to eat healthy using their programs and found a true love of fitness – I didn’t even know what a “burpee” was a few months ago, but now they’re one of my favorite moves!

If you’re struggling to lose weight or create a healthier lifestyle, I’ve been EXACTLY where you are. I’ve recently become a Beachbody Coach so that I can help others who have been in my shoes.
