Yesterday we talked about drinking water. I'm talking about it again today because it's a very important part of your success, along with exercise and a clean diet.
Today I'm going to challenge you to drink 1 gallon of water or as close to it as possible.
For many this seems like a huge task so I'm going to break it down for you in a way that made it easy for me to accomplish.
Bottled water can get expensive so instead of purchasing a case of water every 2-3 days I purchased a Zero Water Filter so I could use my own tap water and feel safe that the water I was drinking was free of the junk that could be in normal tap water.
There are many other water filters out there but sometimes you can still taste a funky aftertaste which makes me think the water really isn't being filtered all the way I love that this one comes with a tester so you can test to see how much junk is still in the bottled water. It's kinda crazy when you think about how we are drinking bottled water because you think it's "safe" or filtered more than tap. But most of the time it's almost similar to tap water depending on where you live and the local water filter system. So it's always good to stay educated on something we use daily. That's why I like to share with you all what I've found to work.
Below you can see a picture of a Zero Water machine. I personally love it and use it daily. I don't get paid to say that either. haha. I just know it's been a great time and money saver while trying to get all my water in. And it has a clean taste. You can find these at Walmart, Target and Amazon if all else fails.

Keep a log in the notes on your phone or another app with how much water you've drank for the day. When your timer goes off... drink 2 cups of water to stay on track.
