DAY 26


Over the next couple days I'll be going over a list of supplements I take for Fat Loss. I like to list exactly what I take so you know exactly what I do. This way you can have the same results. 

Supplements can get tricky and expensive. It's crazy how much you can spend on supplements. Trust me, I've spent thousands of dollars to narrow it down to what I take now. So each day I'll go over something different because I want you to learn exactly what it helps with and then you can choose if you want to add it to your daily routine. 

**Since everyone is different and supplements can react differently with each person depending on your medical history and current medicines. It's very important BEFORE you start taking something to ask your doctor.  Also do your own research and see if it's something you want to put in your body. Never go off what someone else says alone. You always do your own research. 


L-Carnitine is one of my favorite things to take because I notice my body responds well to it. I take it in liquid form because it gets absorbed quicker.  There are also pill form. So you can choose what you like better. 

L-Carnitine is naturally found in proteins. It helps your body to turn the stored fat you have into energy for use during the day. So if you think of it... it's like doing empty stomach cardio, where you're trying to get into the fat stores but this little supplement goes in there and does that for you. I still do empty stomach cardio and take this stuff. It's like getting a double dose of fat burning help. 

So to be more scientific... It transports fat to the mitochondria ( your cells energy center ) to burn it as fuel which creates energy so you use that broken down fat instead of burning hard earned muscle. 

Study groups have even tested this out and those who took the L-Carnitine daily over a 12 week period lost an average of 11 lbs. Those who didn't take it but ate healthy and exercised lost an average of 1 lb. in 12 weeks. Let's be real here... It's not a miracle supplement. You still have to workout and eat well to see results. But when you have all of those things going for you, it really does help.

I like to take the L-Carnitine later in the day. You can get it with our without caffeine. I get the no caffeine and take it later at night before bed. 


Powder you mix with water. This one is my favorite.
