REVERSE THE MESSAGE IN YOUR MIND

When you're feeling unfulfilled you can't trick yourself into feeling satisfied. But you can change the negative messages in your mind that make you feel stuck. 

I'm going to give you some examples of Negative Thinking and then Pair it with Positive Thinking. When you hear yourself saying any of these negative things.... Stop and correct it with the positive saying. Overtime your brain will rewire itself to think positively this will bring you more motivation to reach your goals. 

Some people may not know that THEY are the reasons they can't reach their weight loss goals. It all has to do with the mindset you are in.
