EATING STYLES EXPLAINED

When you are looking into losing weight you'll start to notice so many "diets" or ways that people started eating that helped them lose weight. There really isn't 1 particular diet that is going to be perfect for everyone. You have to take into consideration your current lifestyle and what you think would be an eating style you could CONSISTENTLY follow for a long period of time.... making it a lifestyle change. This is when you'll see success with anything is when you get consistent.  

I've put together a document you can read that shows you all sorts of eating styles. Clean Eating, Paleo, IIFYM, Vegan. Sometimes it's fun to change things up a bit and follow one for a day and see how you like it. 

Success with weight loss can be fun. Just don't put so many rules on yourself and eventually you'll get there. You'll find what works and what doesn't work for you. This is a huge accomplishment because many times we see a new eating style and thing.... ah, this is it. This is going to help me lose 100 lbs. ( or whatever you need to lose ) so we start the diet, get 1 week in and think... oh my gosh. I'm starving or I have no energy and I just want to eat everything that is NOT on my list to eat. haha.
