Habits can cause good things and bad things. One I've noticed with myself is Emotional Eating. So today I wanted to show you some ideas for when you feel like you just want to eat. These times come when you know you're not hungry but you need something to do. This is actually a HABIT. Whether you know it or not, you've trained yourself to do this when things are stressful or hard to deal with, you are bored and just not stimulated mentally. 

So next time when you feel like you need to do something before you start mindlessly snacking try a couple of these tips first.
