Discipline over an area of your life that is a challenge, is one of the hardest things you'll do. But it's a must if you want to achieve success in that area. Set your focus and get disciplined in your actions.

The inner game is the mental side of fitness. This is what sets apart people with great bodies from those with average bodies. 

Building a great body isn't about jumping on and off the bandwagon of all these fad diets you see.

 

It's about being disciplined and adopting a new lifestyle for the most part. Overtime this new lifestyle won't seem new at all. It will just become a part of how you do things. 

Discipline is another thing you'll need to master over yourself to see long term success. The struggle of self discipline is just part of being human. Everyone deals with it.

I use to think personal development was for people who had all kinds of problems in their life. But now since I've been reading books and listening to audio books about topics I need to work on, I've realized just how much I needed to hear certain things so I could grow into the person I wanted to be.
