21 Day Fix Challenge Pack
Many coaches have had issues with getting people to purchase the challenge pack instead of just the workout program. Here is how I’ve changed my technique to get the Challenge Pack Purchase first off.
1) Present the entire package from the get go. If they message me asking about 21 Day Fix, I begin my response by saying that my results are from 21 Day Fix AND Shakeology. That’s the truth. And if they want similar results, that’s what I recommend. From there I talk a little bit about 21DF (or other workout program) and Shakeology as a package deal.
2) When they ask about costs I only give them the Challenge Pack cost. I don’t give an option for the workout program alone, don’t do that. I also mention how Shakeology has helped save me money because I don’t have to worry about breakfast anymore and I’ve kicked my Starbucks habit out the window. It’s also super convenient and quick. If they reply about a cost objection you can say that they are getting 30 meals for approximately ~$4.00 and because of the nutritional value they don’t need other supplements or vitamins (unless they have medical issues or something like that).
3) I always say that the Challenge Pack includes enrollment to the Challenge Group. I then go on to explain how the Challenge Group is vital for motivation and staying on track through the program.It’s also a blast, in my opinion. 🙂
4) As you establish yourself as a coach, you won’t face this issue nearly as much. People will just trust what you say and do what you say as opposed to trying their own thing. It gets easier, I promise.

Hey- I am in kc! working away here. I have seen all your posts and i’m pretty impressed with the results. I lost about 36lbs after college then my stupid job took over and i have gained all of it back and some. soo i am not too happy. I have tried everything from Weight Watchers to signing up for a fitness place for bikini competing and well 3 weeks and 0 lbs lost and 0 inches.. i was/am soo upset that i spent 3 hours a day in the gym and ate like a bird to see no results.
So anyways what is the program like and what is the price tag?

Ahh, I’m sorry that the bikini competition training didn’t work. That has got to be so frustrating! If I’ve learned one thing from this program it’s that “eating like a bird” is for the birds. You get to eat with this program and it’s maintainable for life, we focus on lifestyle habits. So, with those lifestyle habits, SCREW WORKING OUT 3 HOURS A DAY!And, if it makes you feel better I’ve had about 100 Fixers since July and only 1 girl who followed the program didn’t see results, I know this program works.

The 21 Day Fix Challenge includes four major pieces: nutrition plan, workout program, Shakeology, and the online challenge group.
The nutrition plan is based on portion controlled, clean eating. It doesn’t cut out any entire foods groups and even leaves room for chocolate and wine cheats. Basically, you get a list of clean foods that correlate to the containers and you choose what you want to eat daily. So it’s flexible, realistic, and it aims to build lifestyle habits.
The workouts are 30 minutes per day and are a mix of strength and cardio conditioning. They are tough, but nothing insane. They definitely help women tone up and lean out in a hurry.
Shakeology is an all natural nutritional shake that can serve as a meal replacement (I drink it for breakfast) or as a snack. I’ve never been a shake person but this stuff is legit, all natural, no chemicals. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. After drinking it for about two weeks I noticed a significant change in my energy levels, my cravings, and even my complexion (bonus!). Ben, my husband, didn’t follow the 21DF nutrition and just swapped out his lunch with a shake during my first round of 21DF and he lost 12 lbs. Men have it so much easier though! Well that sure does sound nice. I liked weight watchers at first. Ashley Kirk got me introduced to it back in college when she did it. I liked it but it was getting too expensive and hard to track EVERYTHING. Don’t judge but vodka use to be less points than it is now. I have not been able to keep with it with the traveling job so I gave up. I am just at a loss as to what to do. I can’t believe i let work get in the way and ruin all the hard work I did to get to where I was. How much is 21 day fix?

So, I think the food piece of 21DF compares to WW, BUT the point is to learn balance during your 21 days so you don’t have to track everything. You do have to start off with tracking in the beginning and it is a little bit of planning, but by the end of the 3 weeks I had it down and now I don’t track at all. You just learn what you can eat and how much of it.
How often do you travel? I can see parts of this program catering to that, especially the 30 minute “anywhere” workouts and Shakeology because it is a meal replacement.
